I took my glasses to the eyeglass shack on the way home from work because the screw holding one of the earpieces on had fallen out. After the gentleman replaced the screw, I was reaching for my credit card. He said, "There's no charge; it's just a screw."
How nice is that! What a pleasant surprise.
